Terry Riley is a property development and investment specialist who founded the Ascot Group in Liverpool. Terry Riley commenced his property career in 1988 after quitting his amateur boxing career following an eye injury. His early history involved converting a nightclub into student accommodation before selling it in a multi-million-pound deal. Terry bought the deal after the nightclub was liquidated, demonstrating his desire to rebuild communities and regenerate areas.

Other projects Terry has worked on include a £1m investment into an exclusive Formby restaurant. Arsonists damaged the Chinese restaurant before Terry delivered extensive refurbishment, helping bring jobs and revenue to the area. Most recently, Terry has exchanged contracts with the Sovini Group for the sale of a major land in Liverpool, as reported by local media outlet The Guide Liverpoool. With Terry's investment and support, the group will deliver social housing to an area that needs it.
